  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us at the address provided. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Credit Card: Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Bank: Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@oneou.com with details of the defect or damage.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
